At TinysTown, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Exchange & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products
3. Exchange Process
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at tinystown1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for the exchange.
- We will guide you through the return shipping process.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, we can issue store credit for the full amount, which can be used on your next purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
