  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products

3. Exchange Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the exchange.
  3. We will guide you through the return shipping process.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, we can issue store credit for the full amount, which can be used on your next purchase.
